Contents Claims Manager

As a Contents Claim Manager at Enservio, you are a key part of the team that helps people get their lives back together after a disaster (i.e. fire, flood, tornado, etc.) hits their home.


Customer Experience Executive

The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for generating revenue growth within a targeted area of the country. The successful candidate will help grow the customer (adjuster) base within their area, and ensure that our retention remains high. The candidate will know how to engage directly with our outside customers, as well as Enservio’s internal teams. Previous experience in property insurance is a plus but not a requirement as the higher priority is demonstrated success in reaching sales and revenue goals.


Desktop Support Engineer

Enservio is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer for its Corporate IT Team. Reporting to the Director, Technical Operations, this qualified candidate will provide critical end user services and support and will share responsibility for key corporate services, including email and phone system support. The qualified individual will have experience supporting a Microsoft Windows environment from an end user perspective, and possess excellent customer service and response skills. Ideally, the candidate will also have experience working with telephony systems such as Cisco UCS, virtualization platforms such as VMWare, and ticketing/ITIL workflow systems for work management.

This person applies intimate and in-depth knowledge of customer relationship management, sales operations, forecasting, performance management, project management, and the insurance market to implement innovative sales strategies.

Systems Admin

Enservio is seeking an IT Systems Admin for its Corporate IT Team. Reporting to the Director, Technical Operations, this qualified candidate will oversee the Corporate BackOffice and Network Infrastructure, including Active Directory, File Services, Office365 email (Cloud), Networking infrastructure including port and switch management, circuit and internet access management, VPN, anti-virus solutions, and Firewalls. The qualified individual will also support daily run support for Cisco UCS phone systems and work with Managed Service Providers for escalation support. In addition, the candidate will provide escalation to the IT Desktop Support Engineer and IT Support Analyst functions, and work closely with the Production Systems/SaaS teams.


SOS (Service on Site) Personal Property Specialist (Part Time)

Service on Site Personal Property Specialists will conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments pursuant to SOS field inventory processes.
