Pricing Analyst
Location:
Needham, MA As a Pricing Analyst at Enservio, you are a key part of the team that helps people get their lives back together after a disaster (i.e. fire, flood, tornado, etc.) hits their home.
Responsibilities:
- Using Enservio's proprietary software database and shopping on the web you will appraise all the contents inside a dwelling.
- You will be responsible to research and assess the value of all the contents as quickly and as accurately as possible.
- Understand and successfully practice the Enservio Pricing/Operations Team Process.
- Process claim review, analyze claim request and ensure data output is up to quality standards.
- Review invoice output; validate to price sheet and tasks completed for assignment.
- Daily communication with Team Lead on trends and improvements within the process.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, perseverance, and strong attention to detail are critical.
- Customer Service experience and customer orientation required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Property and Casualty claim knowledge helpful.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
