Enservio named one of the Top Places to Work in MA
Natick, MA November 5, 2010 – Enservio (www.enservio.com), the nation’s leading provider of contents inventory creation, valuation and elective replacement services and software, today announced the company has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in the third annual employee-based survey conducted by The Boston Globe. The report can be found at www.boston.com/topworkplaces.
The Top Places to Work recognizes the most progressive companies in the state based on employee opinions about company leadership, compensation and training, diversity/inclusion, career development, family-friendly flexibility, and values and ethics. Private companies and nonprofits as well as publicly-held businesses were included in the analysis. Enservio was ranked #21 out of all small companies included in the 1,160 employers that were invited to participate in the survey.
“Along with serving our clients, the development of an environment, staff and culture for doing our best and most innovative work is one of Enservio's top priorities, and we're pleased that it shows in this recognition," said Jon McNeill, CEO of Enservio. "The people here make Enservio special —they drive our success and make this a great place to work.”
To qualify for The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work, a company must have more than 100 employees in Massachusetts. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses. Over 82,000 employees statewide completed surveys.
The publisher of The Boston Globe Chris Mayer stated, “Each of the companies included in the Top Places to Work 2010 deserve recognition for creating a positive workplace for their employees. Their accomplishment adds to the vitality of this state’s business environment.”
