Q: Who is Enservio?
A: Enservio is the market leader in contents inventory creation, valuation, and replacement. We provide software and services to property insurance carriers and their policy holders nationwide. Founded in 2004, we are headquartered near Boston, with offices and professional staff across the United States.
Q: What does Enservio do?
A: When a business or residence experiences a property loss, two tasks need to be accomplished quickly: damaged structures need to be rebuilt and all damaged or missing contents within those structures need to be replaced. At Enservio, we focus entirely on the contents piece by working in close partnership with insurance carriers and their policy holders. We’ve dedicated ourselves to adding speed, efficiency and accuracy to the entire contents value chain—making the property claims process easier for adjusters and a better experience for policy holders.
Q: Who are Enservio’s customers?
A: Enservio works with hundreds of commercial and residential property insurance carriers nationwide (including 11 of the top 15) and thousands of adjusters and policy holders to help settle claims faster and easier.
Q: What is the Enservio VP?
A: The Enservio VP is our Enservio Valuation Platform, a web-based application. It is the market’s leading contents claim valuation and management solution. Leveraging our TrueLKQ™ technology, the Enservio VP determines objective, documented values for inventoried items. The platform’s match engine accesses real-time prices for more than a billion products from thousands of sources, learning from each match. The Enservio VP further manages each step in the contents valuation workflow, including, for example, the calculation of taxes and depreciation, and the factoring in of sub-limits.
Q: What is LiveScribe?
A: Enservio’s LiveScribe™ is our proprietary transcription service. Using LiveScribe, adjusters can log a digital record of contents as they make their way through the site, leaving them “hands free”—they simply call an Enservio LiveScribe representative and begin dictating their observations. LiveScribe team members guide them interactively to ensure all pertinent details are captured. Once the session is over, Enservio transcribes all notes and constructs a complete inventory.
Q: What is EnservioSelect?
A: In 2008, Enservio acquired its art, collectibles, and hard-to-value items division, EnservioSelect. Located in Easthampton, Massachusetts, EnservioSelect has an in-house team of experts, a number of whom have appeared as appraisers on the PBS series “Antiques Roadshow,” plus consultants holding Masters of Fine Arts degrees, interior decorators and other industry professionals.
