There's been a lot about how claimant satisfaction with the claim process affects renewal rates. Can somebody send/post any information with data that backs this up. I'm especialy interested in how replacement affects the renewal numbers. In the past, once we cut a check, the insured took over from there. I'd like information on how helping with replacement affects customer satisfaction and renewal rates.
