Step 1 - Submit a Claim
You can submit a claim in a variety of ways simply pick the one that is easiest and most convenient for you. You can phone in a claim, toll free, at 888-567-7557. You can fax in a claim to 877-776-7567, you can email in a claim to cvs@enservio.com or if you prefer to be in control of your own claim and have web access simply do it online at cvs.enservio.com
Step 1A Scope
Step 1A only occurs if there is also a Scope associated with your claim. Your scope will be scheduled by Enservio schedulers, you do not have to worry about dealing with the insureds and the PAs. We know how frustrating and time consuming it can be to try to track them down and coordinate schedules we handle that for you. Then, we go onsite to complete the scope. You will be informed every step of the way, to include having the option to be present onsite we inform you when we will be there.
Step 2 Transcription
Your claim goes through Enservios professional transcription process.
Step 3 Appraisal
Your claim is now professionally appraised line by line finding the best possible LKQ Match with our patented, technology-enabled solution.
Step 4 Claim Package Review
Your claim is reviewed and put through our Quality Assurance process. This ensures maximum match potential and highest possible ROI for our customers.
Step 5 You receive the final claim and invoice
Its that simple. You are provided professional, computer generated output to present and discuss or negotiate settlement with the insured and you can close out your claim file. All of the above happens in a matter of hours days, depending upon the size of the claim and if a Scope is involved. Our average claim comes back to you in 1-3 days.
