Onsite

With coast-to-coast coverage and an active role in all major markets nationally, Enservio can guarantee that a Field Inventory Specialist (FIS) will get to any loss site quickly. Our expert staff is trained in Enservio’s proprietary processes, techniques and technologies to ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction. In fact, our specialists reduce inventory cycle times dramatically for adjusters and policy holders—what used to take months, now takes just a few days, or even hours.

FIS personnel go beyond ordinary onsite inspection, looking for all characteristics of an item’s value: make, model, physical dimensions, part numbers, colors, country of origin, etc. In situations where contents are burnt from the site and forensic reconstruction is necessary, our FIS team members interview policy holders with compassion and sensitivity. Our team is also trained in fraud detection.

Enservio Service Managers (SM) coordinate onsite visits directly with policy holders, relieving adjusters of scheduling burdens. An SM is also the adjuster’s single point of contact, dedicated to addressing all needs and answering any questions during the inventory creation process.

Offsite

LiveScribe™
For circumstances in which adjusters or other carrier personnel are at the loss site, Enservio offers LiveScribe™, our proprietary transcription service. Using LiveScribe, adjusters can log a digital record of contents as they make their way through the site. This service is typically used by field adjusters who enjoy the freedom of being “hands free.”

When adjusters arrive at the loss site, they simply call an Enservio LiveScribe representative and begin dictating their observations. Our LiveScribe team member will guide them interactively to ensure they capture all pertinent details. Once the session is over, we transcribe all notes and construct a complete inventory. Our track record demonstrates that LiveScribe facilitates creation of inventories that are far more accurate and comprehensive than those resulting from traditional cassette recordings or paper transcription.

Consumer Self-service Portal
For losses that are less complex, Enservio offers consumers a convenient self-service portal at www.mypropertyloss.com. Using this portal, policy holders are guided through the process of inventorying their contents directly online, line by line. This empowers them to get started on their claim almost immediately and work on their own timetable, reducing anxiety and increasing satisfaction. Once they’re done, they receive an email confirmation and copy of their list. Enservio handles the follow-up process by contacting adjusters and letting them know this task has been completed.

The self-service portal also greatly reduces the need for adjuster field visits and eliminates disorganized and inconsistent hand-written lists.
