Enservio to Release Two More Videos in Its “Making it Right” Web Series

Award-winning web series features interviews with exceptional claims adjusters

NEEDHAM, Mass. – December 17, 2014Enservio, Inc. today announced the release of two more videos in its award-winning "Making it Right" web series. The well-received series features one-on-one interviews with insurance claims adjusters and the extraordinary lengths they go to help customers recover from losses and arrive at satisfactory settlement.

Similar to law enforcement and fire departments, insurance professionals are usually among the first on the scene in pursuit of helping people in their time of need. Unlike other first responders however, claims adjusters are often unrecognized and under-appreciated.

Makhluf explains, "The insurance industry is all about giving policyholders the resources they need to deal with tough situations. Insurance adjusters are very proud of helping customers so we wanted to bring their stories to light."

"Making it Right" New Episodes in Brief

"Sharing the Passion" features Rob Baker, a claims adjuster specializing in collector vehicles for American Modern Insurance Group. By sharing his customers' love for collector vehicles, Baker is passionate about delivering superior service in times of need.

"The Compliment," which will be released in early January, profiles Talitha Turner, also a claims adjuster for American Modern Insurance Group. Turner recounts the time when she was able to assist a concerned customer by relying on her past experience and knowledge of water damage clean up.

Last month the "Making it Right" series received the distinction of winning two awards. The international MarCom Awards named Enservio as a 2014 Gold Award winner, and the Interactive Media Council honored the series with an "Outstanding Achievement" award.
