Enservio Wins Media Award for Video Series Honoring Claims Pros

NEEDHAM, Mass. – November 5, 2014Enservio today announced it has received an "Outstanding Achievement" award by the Interactive Media Council in recognition for its multiple-part video series "Making it Right." The IMC is a nonprofit organization of leading web designers, developers, programmers, advertisers and other web-related professionals. Its Interactive Media Awards™ recognize the highest standards of excellence in website design and development. The competition is "designed to elevate the standards of excellence on the Internet and offer winners a boost in marketing and exposure."

"Making it Right" honors those claims professionals who have gone the extra mile in helping policyholders to restore their lives after a catastrophic loss, shedding a light on those passionately committed individuals who make it their everyday business to prepare for the worst so that customers can expect the best.

Enservio's entry in the competition was the only winner in the insurance category, receiving an overall score of 474 out of a possible 500 points. To win an award, entries must successfully pass through a comprehensive judging system. IMA judges utilize a points-based scoring system that allows each entry to receive a maximum of 500 points.

In its comments the judges wrote, "The Outstanding Achievement award is the second highest honor bestowed by IMA and an extremely challenging award to win. Your entry has excelled in most areas of our judging criteria and represents a very high standard of planning, execution and overall professionalism."

In the first episode of "Making it Right," claims adjuster Otto Kieslich from Universal North America, says "You can't control when bad things happen to good people, but you can control the way we as the insurance carrier respond to that tragedy and treat the insured."
