SOS (Service on Site), is a division of Enservio, a Bain Capital Ventures and Matrix Partners-backed leader in a $15B market space. The company has innovatively solved a decades-old challenge in the insurance industry: Contents Property Valuation. Enservio provides a complete range of software and service solutions to the country's largest insurers. The company's offerings span the contents value chain from web-based software to claims valuation management to on-the-ground field inventory services. The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for generating revenue growth within a targeted area of the country. The successful candidate will help grow the customer (adjuster) base within their area, and ensure that our retention remains high. The candidate will know how to engage directly with our outside customers, as well as Enservio's internal teams. Previous experience in property insurance is a plus but not a requirement as the higher priority is demonstrated success in reaching sales and revenue goals.
