With LiveChat you can:

  • Submit a new claim (*standard claims of 15 items or less are eligible for rapid processing)
  • Check the status of an existing claim
  • Ask questions about a previously completed claim
  • Request modifications for a previously completed claim

 

Using LiveChat is easy, follow these simple steps:

  • Fill out the information requested on the LiveChat form and click “chat now”
  • Online hours (EDT/EST)(Mon – Thurs 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm): Our contents consultants are available to respond to you immediately
  • Offline hours: You are able to leave a message during off hours and a contents consultant will respond to you at the start of the next business day

*Turnaround times for standard claims of 15 items or less are typically 1 – 3 business hours. These cycle times exclude specialty items that require additional research.
